Ingredients for 4 people: – 1 sp / person –
- 450 g of Paris mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pate of nutmeg
- Salt pepper
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices, then peel and chop the shallot and garlic.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil then fry the shallot and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
