Fried Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley WW

Here is another recipe for a delicious food. Find out how to easily and quickly prepare mushroom  with garlic and parsley. Do not hesitate the recipe which is a good dish of mushrooms flavored with garlic and well marbled, perfect to serve as an accompaniment to a meat or fish dish.

Ingredients for 4 people: – 1 sp / person –
  • 450 g of Paris mushrooms
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pate of nutmeg
  • Salt pepper
Preparation:
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices, then peel and chop the shallot and garlic.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil then fry the shallot and garlic for 3 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Then serve your fried mushrooms.
  • Enjoy your meal!
