Very practical recipe for cinnamon rolls – cinnamon croissants

  • 600gr of flour 
  • 10 g of fresh brewer’s yeast
  • 100 g of caster sugar
  • 120 ml of water
  • 120 ml of fresh whole milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 100 g of butter

To aromatize

  • 120 g of caster sugar
  • 20 g of cinnamon powder


In a bowl, mix the egg with butter, adding milk and water to it. After this, add the brewer’s yeast and the flour with the sugar. Knead vigorously until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Place it in a bowl covered with a cloth and let it wait for at least 1 hour.

Once the first phase has been completed, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Sprinkle everything with sugar and cinnamon and roll it up on itself. Cut the roll into 3-4 cm thick discs. Place the slices in a previously buttered mold. Let rise for at least 1 hour and then bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
